Article 1. Ratification of the Amendment of the Articles of Agreement
Invoking subparagraph 16 of Article 67 and subparagraph 5 of paragraph 1 of Article 138 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and having regard to Decree No 1K-1076 of the President of the Republic of 25 May 2012, the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania shall ratify the Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund on the Reform of the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund approved by the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund on 15 |December 2010.
