The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania,
pursuant to Article 1806 of the Statute of the Seimas, having debated the conclusion of the Committee on European Affairs of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Regarding a Possible Breach of the Principle of Subsidiarity by the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union Agency for Railways and Repealing Regulation (EC) No 881/2004  COM (2013) 27,
