Weights and Measures (Testing Fees) (Jersey) Order 2003
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 12 and 38 of the Weights and Measures (Jersey) Law 1967[1], orders as follows –

1 Interpretation
In this Order “Law” means the Weights and Measures (Jersey) Law 1967. [2]
2 Fee for testing weighing or measuring equipment for passing for use for trade
(1) The fees to be paid in respect of the testing of weighing and measuring equipment to which Article 12 of the Law applies, with a view to such equipment being passed as fit for use for trade and, where necessary, stamped with the prescribed stamp, shall be those specified in the Schedule.
(2) The fee specified shall be payable whether or not the equipment is passed as fit for use for trade and stamped.
3 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Testing Fees) (Jersey) Order 2003.
