Employment Relations (Codes of Practice) (Jersey) Order 2007

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Article 25 of the Employment Relations (Jersey) Law 2007[1], orders as follows –

1      Codes of practice approved

(1)    The Minister approves codes of practice upon –

(a)     recognition of trade unions;

(b)     balloting and conduct in employment disputes;

(c)     resolving collective disputes.

(2)    Notice of the codes of practice was given in the Jersey Gazette on 20th September 2007 in accordance with Article 25(3) of the Employment Relations (Jersey) Law 2007[2].

(3)    The codes of practice are published by the Minister.

2      Citation

This Order may be cited as the Employment Relations (Codes of Practice) (Jersey) Order 2007.
