Dogs (Licence Duty) (Jersey) Regulations 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Dogs (Jersey) Law 1961,[1] have made the following Regulations –

Commencement [see endnotes]

1      Amount of duty

The duty paid on a licence issued under Article 4 of the Dogs (Jersey) Law 1961[2] shall be £5.

2      Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Dogs (Licence Duty) (Jersey) Regulations 2004.
