Animal Welfare (Poisons) (Jersey) Order 2007
THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 7 of the Animal Welfare (Jersey) Law 2004[1], orders as follows –

1 Prohibited poisons
The following poisons shall be prohibited poisons for the purposes of Article 7 of the Animal Welfare (Jersey) Law 2004[2] –
Dieldrin
Aldicarb
Bendiocarb
Carbofuran
Mevinphos
Sodium cyanide
Strychnine. [3]
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Animal Welfare (Poisons) (Jersey) Order 2007.
