JUDICATURE (FAMILY COURT) (ST. JAMES. HANOVER AND
WESTMORELAND REGION) ORDER. 1996

1. This Order may be cited as the Judicature (Family Court) (St.
James, Hanover and Westmoreland Region) Order. 1996.

2. There is hereby established a Family Court, to be known as the
Family Court-St. James. Hanover and Westmoreland Region, for
the parishes of St. James. Hanover and Westmoreland.

3. The provisions of seotion 11 of the Act shaII apply to such Court
with effect from the 1st day of April. 1996.
