THE JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS (RECIPROCAL
ENFORCEMENT) ACT

ORDER
(under section 6)

(Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the 10th day of L.N. 197156
September, 1956)

1. This Order may be cited as the Judgments and Awards (Reciprocal
Enforcement) (Nigeria) Order. 1956.

2 It is hereby declared that the Judgments and Awards (Reciprocal
Enforcement) Act shall extend to judgments obtained in a Superior Court
in Nigeria (including a Superior Court in the Southern Cameroons) in the
like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a Superior Court in
the United Kingdom.
