THE SELLING OF MOTOR FUEL AND OILS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
DECLWON, 1941

(Made by the Govemr in Privy Council on the 23rd day of July, 1941). L.N. 501 1941

1. This Declaration may be cited as the Selling of Motor Fuel and
Oils on Public Holidays Declaration, 1941.

2. All places in which the business of selling motor fuel and oils
is conducted shall cease to be under the operation of the Act for
the purpose only of the sale of such motor fuel and oils.
