The Government, on the request of the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

section 11

(1) of the

Public Service Management Act 1997

(No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:


1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation) Order 2016.


2. Mr. Alan Cantwell, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 13 May 2016.


3. Mr. Jim McGrath, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 13 June 2016.
