S.I. No. 131/2000 - European Communities (Revocation of Regulations Relating To Ionising Radiation and Protection of Outside Workers From Such Radiation) Regulations, 2000.
I, MARY O'ROURKE, Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby make the following Regulations:
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Revocation of Regulations relating to Ionising Radiation and Protection of Outside Workers from such Radiation) Regulations, 2000.
(2) These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 13th May 2000.
2. The European Communities (Ionising Radiation) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 43 of 1991 ), and the European Communities (Protection of Outside Workers from Ionising Radiation) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 144 of 1994 ), are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the European Communities (Ionising Radiation) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 43 of 1991 ) and the European Communities (Protection of Outside Workers from Ionising Radiation) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 144 of 1994 ).
Provisions similar to the Regulations which have been revoked have been included in the Radiological Protection Act, 1991 (Ionising Radiation) Order, 2000 ( S.I. No. 125 of 2000 ) which came into operation on 13th May 2000.
