S.I. No. 88/2001 - Environment and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2001
The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2), 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:
1.     This Order may be cited as the Environment and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2001.
2.     All the powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment and Local Government conferred by the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order, and to the extent specified therein, are hereby delegated to Robert Molloy, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government.
SCHEDULE
Town Renewal Act, 2000 (No. 18 of 2000), the whole Act other than sections 2 and 9.
