Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform) Order 2006
To be made by the Government
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, being the member of the Government standing nominated by the Taoiseach to be the Tánaiste, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform) Order 2006.

2.  Mr. John O'Brien, particulars of whose address was deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, 94 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, on 1 November 2006, is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform with effect from 3 November 2006.
