Criminal Justice (Illicit Traffic by Sea) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2006
I, Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 29(2) of the Criminal Justice (Illicit Traffic by Sea) Act 2003 (No. 18 of 2003), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Illicit Traffic by Sea) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2006.

2.         The 1st day of November 2006 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Illicit Traffic by Sea) Act 2003 (No. 18 of 2003) shall come into operation.
