APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER OF STATE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND CHILDREN) ORDER 2007
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th October, 2007.
The Government, at the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children) Order, 2007.
2. Mr Phillip Hannon, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 20 June, 2007 is appointed as Special Adviser to Mr Brendan Smith, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children with effect from 20 June 2007.
