APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND CHILDREN) ORDER 2007
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th October, 2007.
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health and Children) Order, 2007.
2. Each of the following persons is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health and Children with effect from 14th June, 2007:
(a) Mr. Oliver O’Connor, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 14th June 2007;
(b) Ms Patricia Ryan, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 14th June 2007;
(c) Mr. Derek Cunningham, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 14th June 2007;
(d) Mr. John O’Brien, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 14th June 2007;
