APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER OF STATE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND CHILDREN) ORDER 2008
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th July, 2008.
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children) Order 2008.
2. Liam Cullen, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Barry Andrews, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, with effect from 16 June 2008.
