APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR ENTERPRISE, TRADE AND EMPLOYMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2008
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 16th September, 2008.
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) (No. 3) Order 2008.
2. Mr. Michael Shovlin, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, on 28 July 2008 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (being the member of the Government standing nominated by the Taoiseach to be the Tánaiste) with effect from 28 July 2008.
