LAND REGISTRATION (FEES) ORDER 2009
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th October, 2009.
I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21(1) of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Land Registration (Fees) Order 2009.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of October 2009.
2. A fee of €30 shall be chargeable in respect of an application to the Property Registration Authority to register, in the Land Registry, an order made under section 17(2) of the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 (No. 15 of 2009).
The Minister for Finance consents to the making of the foregoing order.
