COMMUNITY, RURAL AND GAELTACHT AFFAIRS (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER 2009
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th May, 2009.
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2009.
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to John Curran, Minister of State at the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.

Subsection (1)(a) (other than the powers or duties of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs in relation to the Community Services Programme and the Rapid Programme), subsections (1)(b), (1)(d), (1)(f) (in so far as subsection (1)(f) relates to subsections (1)(a), (1)(b) and (1)(d)) and subsection (2) of section 2 of the Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 32 of 2007)
