Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th July, 2012.
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2012.
2. The following persons, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, namely:
(a)Áine Kilroy, with effect from 18 April 2011,
(b) Ross MacMathúna, with effect from 16 January 2012.
