PRISON DEVELOPMENT (CONFIRMATION OF RESOLUTIONS) ACT 2013
An Act to confirm the resolutions passed by the Houses of the Oireachtas in respect of the development of a prison in the city of Cork. [23rd July, 2013]
Be it enacted by the Oireachtas as follows:
Confirmation of resolutions of Houses of Oireachtas
1. The resolutions approving of the development of a prison on a portion of the site used as Cork Prison, in the townland of Rathmore and city of Cork, passed by Dáil Éireann on 18 June 2013 and by Seanad Éireann on the same day under section 26 of the Prisons Act 2007 are confirmed.
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Prison Development (Confirmation of Resolutions) Act 2013.
