Title.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Firearms (Forms) Regulations.
Firearms dealers’ certificate.
2. Application for the issue of a certificate of registration to carry on the business of a firearms dealer shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1.
Registration of firearm dealer.
3. A certificate of registration issued to a firearms dealer shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2.
Firearms and ammunition certificates.
4. Application for a firearms and ammunition certificate shall be in the form set out in Schedule 3.
Forms of firearms certificates.
5. A certificate authorizing a person to possess, carry and use a firearm and ammunition shall be in the form set out in Schedule 4.
Form of register under section 10 of the Act.
6. The register to be kept under section 10 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 5.
