AN ACT TO REPEAL THE EXCHANGE CONTROL ACT. Title and commencement. 1. This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Repeal) Act 2007 and comes into operation on the day of publication. Repeal of the Exchange Control Act. 2. The Exchange Control Act is hereby repealed.
