Amendments to Eesti Pank Governor’s Decree No. 11 of 2 July 2014 “Format for forwarding the supervisory reports established on the basis of the Banking Regulation”

This Decree is established on the basis of subsection 91 (1) of the Credit Institutions Act.

§ 1. Eesti Pank Governor’s Decree No. 11 of 2 July 2014 “Format for forwarding the supervisory reports established on the basis of the Banking Regulation” (RT I, 03.07.2014, 40) is amended as follows:

1) section 4 is amended and worded as follows:

§ 4. Codes of reports

Upon submission of reports in XML data exchange format, the codes of reports set forth in the file “Codes of reports for the submission of reports in XML format” available on the webpage http://www.fi.ee/schemas_ xbrl/ shall be used.”;

2) subsection 8 (1) is amended and worded as follows:

“(1) Monetary values are reflected either in full euros or with the accuracy of one cent.”;

3) section 8 is supplemented by subsections 3 and 4 in the following wording:

“(3) In the absence of data concerning the respective report upon submission of reports in XML data exchange format, an empty report shall be submitted.

(4) In the case specified in subsection 3 of this section, a credit institution shall not be obliged to submit an empty report, if the data concerning the respective report are absent for the reason that the credit institution does not hold an authorisation from the Financial Supervision Authority to use the method required for the calculation of such data.”;

4) Annex 1 “Codes of reports for the submission of reports in XML format” is repealed.

§ 2. This Decree enters into force on 31 December 2014.
