The regulations is established on the basis of § 41 (4) and § 47(4) of the Building Act.

§ 1.  Scope of application

  This regulation establishes list of subcategories of the construction area activities specified in § 41 (1) of the Building Act and exact division of the professional titles and levels of the specialist in charge by the subcategories of activities.

§ 2.  The subcategories of activities and the division of the professional titles and levels of the specialist in charge

 (1) The list of subcategories of construction area activities and the exact division of the professional titles and levels of the specialist in charge are specified in the Annex to this Regulation.

 (2) If the specialist in charge certifies his or her competence according to the provision of § 72³ of the Building Act, the subcategory of the undertaking’s activity is determined with the exactness of the subcategory of the activity specified in the Annex to this Regulation.
