The procedure for sending euro banknotes and coins to Eesti Pank

This Decree shall be laid down under clause 14 8) and subsection 14¹ (3) of Eesti Pank Act.

§ 1. This Decree shall establish the “Rules for sending euro banknotes and coins to Eesti Pank” (Annex 1) and the “Rules for sending damaged or mutilated euro banknotes and coins to Eesti Pank for exchange” (Annex 2).

§ 2. This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.
