DECREE Minister of Foreign Trade of 27 December 1968 on the determination Strojimport, joint-stock company for foreign trade, the implementation of some foreign shops Minister of Foreign Trade established in agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2 para. 1, 2 and 3 and § 20 of Act no. 119/1948 Coll., on the state organization of foreign trade and international freight forwarding § 1 Strojimport joint stock company for foreign trade, based in Prague (hereinafter the "Company"), for whose formation has been granted state permits, along with the approval of the statutes by decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade dated 15 November 1968 issued in agreement with the Ministry of heavy industry, is determined to conduct foreign trade in goods mentioned in § 2. § 2 (1) The company's core business is the import and export of metal cutting and forming machines, tools, equipment and measuring them, woodworking machinery and production units for processing of wood (including překližkáren, dryers and nábytkáren), equipment for the manufacture of pencils, glass machinery, as well as equipment for the production of machine tools for the manufacture of tools, instruments and meters, for the production of bearings the manufacture fittings, metal utensils and cutlery and supply finally forges, mills, řetízkáren and šroubáren facilities and workshops; the authority vested also supply of equipment, spare parts, components, projects, installation and technical assistance, or building parts supply, if it is related to the export or import of goods mentioned in this paragraph. (2) The Company is authorized to carry out all activities related to the subject of its business. § 3 The company's operations pursuant to this Decree shall be subject to regulations applicable to foreign trade. § 4 Strojimport, foreign trade enterprise ^ *) on the date of January 1, 1969 the company merges with its consent. Its assets and liabilities transferred to the company, which becomes its legal successor. § 5 This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1969. Minister: Ing.
