311/2004 Coll. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, dated May 14, 2004, promulgating, for the purposes of state social support and social assistance amount corresponding to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the calendar year 2003, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs under § 5 para. 7 of the Act no. 117/1995 Coll., on state social support, as amended by Act no. 453/2003 Coll., § 1 par. 8 of the Act no. 482/1991 Coll., on social need, as amended by Law no. 422 / 2003 Sb., announces that for the purposes of state social support and social necessity is the amount corresponding to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the calendar year 2003 the amount of CZK 8,400.
