455/2008 Coll. DECREE of 12 December 2008 on the scope, structure and deadlines for submission of data on the state of receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity investments and securities owned by the state and which are relevant chapter administrators to manage the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to § 36 para . 4 of the Act no. 218/2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending some related Acts (budgetary rules), as amended by Act no. 26/2008 Coll .: § 1 This Decree regulates the scope, structure and deadlines for submission of data on the state receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity investments and securities owned by the state and which are competent to manage the chapter administrators, the Ministry of Finance (the "Ministry"). § 2 (1) Managers of chapters submitted to the Ministry in electronic form), data on the state of receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity and securities for the first, second and third calendar quarter within 30 days after the end of the relevant calendar quarter, b) information on in receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity and securities for the previous calendar year to 20 February of the following calendar year. (2) The data pursuant to paragraph 1. b) accompanied by the administrator of the chapter excerpt from the general ledger and books analytical accounts, namely synthetic and analytical accounts receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity and securities, on which, in accordance with other legislation ^ 1) of the reported facts charged. § 3 Structure of data that chapter administrators submitted to the Ministry, is set out in Annex no. 1 for quarterly reports and in Annex no. 2 to the annual reports. § 4 This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
