50/2012 Coll. DECREE of 10 February 2012 commemorative badge party opposition and resistance to communism and commemorative badge for surviving the Subscriber opposition and resistance to communism and rules to wear (a commemorative badge for participation in the third resistance) Ministry of Defence, pursuant to § 10 paragraph. 2 of Act no. 262/2011 Coll., on participants in the resistance and struggle against communism: § 1 (1) Medal party opposition and resistance to communism (hereinafter "badge participant") and a commemorative badge for surviving the Subscriber opposition and resistance Communism (hereinafter "badge for surviving") are circular in shape with a profile. (2) On the obverse badges referred to in paragraph 1 is in their midst closer to the lower left edge of the heraldic symbols of the Czech lion with lily terminated forked tail. The symbol of the Czech lion from the rest of the surface of badge contrasting color distinguished mattifying. Czech lion is above the inscription "Resistance and Opposition 1948 1989", which is designed as a low relief, divided into four rows, whose third and fourth line partially overlaps the Czech lion. On the edge of the right side of heraldic badge is shown highlighting grease twisted barbed wire along the edge of the badge to his left heraldic side. Barbed wire is shown as a union of two twisted rods on which are placed three čtyřhroté bundles of thorns, which are twisted triple ring around the longitudinal bars encircling arms at the right and bottom sides of the Czech lion; Two pins from the second and third volume spikes significantly in excess of margin badge symbolizing the communist totalitarian bondage raping basic natural law values ​​and ideals of patriotism, honor, courage and humanity, defending human desire for freedom. (3) On the reverse side of the badge under paragraph 1 is the registration number of the badge. Numerical designation of an individual badge is made excavation. § 2 (1) Participant Badge is golden in color, has a diameter of 22 mm with a tolerance of 3 mm and a thickness of 2,5 mm with a tolerance of 0.5 mm. (4) Badge for not surviving on the reverse side with handles. § 3 (1) Pattern face of the participant's badge is given in Annex no. 1 hereto. (2) Model face of the badge for surviving is given in Annex no. 2 hereto. § 4 participant's badge is worn on the left lapel of his top pocket uniforms or on the left lapel civil clothes, and if this is not possible, it can be worn on the left breast side of the outer garment wearer of the badge of the participant. § 5 This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
