152/2002 Coll. GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 18 March 2002 laying down a list of things for use on free transfer of ownership of the Czech Republic to the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic or the property of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic in order to mitigate some property injustices caused by the Holocaust and the procedure for their Transfer Government directs under § 2 para. 2 of Act no. 212/2000 Coll., on the mitigation of certain property injustices caused by the Holocaust and amending Act no. 243/1992 Coll., to regulate certain issues relating to Act no. 229/1991 ., on ownership of land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act no. 93/1992 Coll., as amended, § 1 on free transfer to the ownership of the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic or the property of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Jewish legal person") are listed in appendix hereto. § 2 (1) A proposal to conclude a donation agreement for the Czech Republic draw whoever cases mentioned in the Annex hereto managed under a special law, (hereinafter "petitioner"). (2) The applicant is obliged to draft a written deed of gift to send the relevant Jewish legal person to be the case in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation shall be transferred not later than 3 months after the date of entry into force of this Regulation. § 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the second calendar month following the date of its publication.
