Government Decree of 16 February 2015 determining the categories of municipal service performance and coefficients for calculating duty allowances Government directs pursuant to § 61a para. 5 Act no. 221/1999 Coll., On professional soldiers, as amended by Act no. 332/2014 Sb .: § 1 Category municipalities of duty for calculating duty allowances are determined following categories of municipal power services: a) Category I - the capital city of Prague and b) II. category - other municipalities. § 2 coefficients for calculating duty allowances for calculating duty allowances are determined by the following factors: a) 1,03 for the municipality category I and b) 1.00 for the municipality II. category. § 3 Repealing provision Decree no. 292/2014 Coll., Determining the categories of municipal service performance of soldiers and coefficients for calculating the allowance for housing, is repealed. § 4 Effectiveness This regulation comes into force on 1 July 2015.
