244/2008 Coll. ACT of 5 June 2008 on State Bond Programme to cover part of the State Budget Deficit of the Czech Republic in the 2008 Parliament has passed this Act of the Czech Republic: § 1 The State Bond Program (1) The state bond program to cover a part of the state Budget Deficit Budget of the Czech Republic for 2008. (2) The maximum extent of state bond program is 60,032,364,000 CZK. (3) All obligations resulting from the state bond program will be paid no later than the expiration of 55 years from the date of entry into force of this Act. § 2 Effectiveness This Act shall take effect on the date of its publication.
