490/2006 Coll. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, dated 31 October 2006 promulgating the amount of 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for subsistence and existence minimum amount of 40% of the average monthly wage in the public sector for the purpose of determining a parent's contribution to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that from 1 January 2007, according to a) § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 110/2006 Coll., on Subsistence minimum, an amount corresponding to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy figure of 9 500, - CZK, b) § 32 par. 1 of Act no. 117/1995 Coll., on state social support, as amended by Act no. 237/2004 Coll. and Act no. 112/2006 Coll., the amount of 40% of the average monthly wage in the public sector amount 7 582, - CZK.
