434/2008 Coll. CONSTITUTIONAL Court on behalf of the Czech Republic's Constitutional Court ruled in plenary composed of its Chairman Pavel Rychetsky and judges Frantisek Duchon, Vlasta Formánková, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janu, Vladimir crust Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiri Mucha, Jiri Nykodým, Miloslav Vyborny, Elizabeth Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior to annul the provisions of Art. 1, paragraph. 1 and 2, Art. 2 paragraph. 1, Art. 3. 1 paragraph. 2 point. b) and c), para. 3 point. a), b), c) and d) and Art. 4 generally binding ordinance of the city Krupka no. 12/2004, to protect public order in public spaces, with the participation of Minister of the Interior and the town of Krupka, as follows: I. The provisions of Article 1 paragraph. 1 and 2, Art. 3. 2 point. b) and c), para. 3 point. a), c) the words "and the city cemetery", d) and Art. 4, paragraph. 2 generally binding ordinance of the city Krupka no. 12/2004, to protect public order in public places, are repealed day this judgment in the Official Gazette.
