Bublan the annulment of Article 3. 2, Article 3. 3 point. d) and Article 3. 4 in Section II. generally binding ordinance of the city of Ostrov no. 2/2002 on the management of municipal waste, as amended, as follows: Article 3, paragraph. 2, Article 3, paragraph. 3 point. d) and Article 3, paragraph. 4 in Section II. generally binding ordinance of the city of Ostrov no. 2/2002 on the management of municipal waste, as amended, is hereby repealed day this Judgment in the Official Gazette.
