317/2006 Coll. ACT of 23 May 2006 amending Act no. 290/2002 Coll., On the transfer of certain other assets, rights and obligations of the Czech Republic's regions and municipalities, civic associations involved in physical education and sport and the related changes and amendments to Act no. 157/2000 Coll., on the transfer of certain assets, rights and liabilities from the Czech Republic, as amended by Act no. 10/2001 Coll., and Act no. 20/1966 Coll., on Public Health Care, as amended amended Parliament has passed this Act of the Czech Republic: Article I In Act no. 290/2002 Coll., on the transfer of certain other assets, rights and obligations of the Czech Republic's regions and municipalities, civic associations involved in physical education and sport and related Changes and amendments to Act no. 157/2000 Coll., on the transfer of certain assets, rights and liabilities from the Czech Republic, as amended by Act no. 10/2001 Coll., and Act no. 20/1966 Coll., on health care People, as amended, as amended by Act no. 150/2003 Coll., the Constitutional Court ruling promulgated under no. 211/2003 Coll. and Act no. 1/2005 Coll., under § 15 of the following new § 15a and 15b are inserted: "§ 15a of the effective date of this Act comes from the Czech Republic free of charge to the ownership of the trade unions, which, according to Law no. 83 / 1990 Coll., on association of citizens, the status of a legal person, land forming one functional unit with the building owned by these trade unions, if simultaneously a) to these lands was mentioned trade unions or their predecessors established the right of permanent use, b) permanent use According to special legal regulations 22) turned to the loan, c) loan on the date of entry into force of this Act takes d) land used for fulfilling the mission and activities of trade unions in accordance with Art. 27 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. § 15b (1 ) acquiring a trade union (the "Transferee") shall ask the transferring state organizational unit (hereinafter referred to as "transmitting") for transfer of property referred to in § 15a within 6 months of the effective date of this Act; failing that, a change of ownership rights in accordance with § 15a, not a loan under special legislation ^ 22) The union continues.
