The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, dated April 20, 2012 promulgating an amount corresponding to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for subsistence and existence minimum amount of 50% and 25% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the purposes of state social support The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announced that from 1 July 2012, according to a) § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 110/2006 Coll., on Subsistence minimum, an amount corresponding to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy in 2011 the amount of 12 100 CZK, b) § 5 para. 6 and 7 of the Act no. 117/1995 Coll., on state social support, as amended by Act no. 453/2003 Coll., Act no. 124/2005 Coll., Act No. . 346/2010 Coll., Act no. 347/2010 Coll. and Act no. 364/2011 Coll., the amount corresponding to the first 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for 2011 the amount of 12 100 CZK, 2nd 25% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for 2011 the amount of CZK 6,000.
