78/2003 Coll. Decree of 6 March 2003 amending Decree no. 330/1997 Coll., Which implements § 18 point. a), d), j) and k) of the Act no. 110/1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing some related laws, for tea, coffee and coffee substitutes, as amended by Decree no. 91/2000 Coll. The Ministry of Agriculture determined in accordance with § 18 point. a), d), j) and k) of the Act no. 110/1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and the amendment of related laws as amended by Act no. 119/2000 Coll., Act no. 306/2000 Coll. and Act no. 146/2002 Coll., (hereinafter the "Act") and in accordance with European Community law, ^ 1) for tea, coffee and coffee substitutes: Article I Decree no. 330/1997 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 91/2000 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In § 1, letter b) reads: "b) Right tea - tea made from the stems, leaves, buds, or delicate parts lignified stems Camellia sinennsis (Linaeus) O. Kunze, or combinations thereof. " 2. § 2, including the heading reads: "§ 2 to species breakdown and breakdown of the types and groups specified in Appendix 1.". 3. § 3 including the title and footnote no. 2) reads: "§ 3 Labelling (1) In addition to the data referred to in the Act and in special legislation ^ 2) a) tea right marks the name of the group b) flavored tea, Herbal tea and fruit tea marks the name of the species, c) tea products labeled with the name group, d) for fruit teas, herbal teas and tea products fruit or herbal give notice to the caffeine content, if it contains, e) using St. John's wort, buckwheat or cumin give notice "in sensitive people the possibility of photosensitization ', f) for flavored teas in proximity to the name, the indication' flavored 'and ovoněného tea label" scented ". ". 4th § 7 reads: "§ 7 For the purposes of this Decree: a) green coffee - dried seeds of the coffee plant genus Coffea stripped of parchment husks, b) roasted coffee - a product obtained by roasting green coffee, c) roasted decaffeinated coffee - a product obtained by roasting green coffee, which contains more than 0.1% of caffeine in the dry state, d) coffee extract, instant coffee, soluble coffee, soluble coffee extract - a product at any concentration, obtained by roasting coffee, followed by extraction using water as an extraction environment and excluding any process hydrolysis involving the addition of an acid or base containing the soluble and aromatic constituents of coffee, which may contain insoluble oils derived from coffee, traces of other insoluble substances derived from coffee or from the water used for the extraction, e) coffee extract dried - coffee extract in powder form, granules, flakes, cubes, or in another form, in which the dry weight basis of coffee is at least 95% by weight and which may contain substances other than those derived from the extraction of coffee, f) coffee extract in paste form, - the coffee extract in paste form, in which solids basis of coffee is at least 70% and at most 85% by weight and which may contain substances other than those derived from the extraction of coffee, g) the coffee extract in the form of liquid - coffee extract in liquid form, wherein the dry weight basis of coffee is at least 15% and not more than 55% by weight and which may contain natural sweeteners in an amount not exceeding 12% by weight, h) the coffee extract decaffeinated - a product which contains not more than 0.3% of caffeine in the dry state, i) admixture of roasted coffee beans - přepražená coffee beans, black or light, which after breaking feature a different scent than coffee.
