54/2011 Coll. Decree of 28 February 2011 amending Decree no. 177/2009 Coll., On conditions for completion of education in secondary school graduation exam, as amended Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, pursuant to § 81 paragraph. 11, § 91 para. 1 and § 113a par. 2 Act no. 561/2004 Coll., on preschool, primary, secondary, higher professional and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act no. 242/2008 Coll. and Act no. 49/2009 Coll .: Article. I Decree no. 177/2009 Coll., On conditions for completion of education in secondary school graduation exam, as amended by Decree no. 90/2010 Coll. and Decree no. 274/2010 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In § 4, at the beginning of paragraph 4 the following sentence "The pupil in due course logs on all test subjects listed in paragraph 2. b) and c). '. 2. In § 4, at the end of the text of paragraph 6 supplement the phrases "Changes in student data pursuant to paragraph 2. c) and e) that occurred during the transmission of data from the Centre in accordance with paragraph 5 of the due transfer student under § 66 para. 4 of the Education Act, school principal shall notify the Center immediately. Changes under the second sentence can be carried out no later than the beginning of the test profile part of the school-leaving examination in accordance with § 2 para. 4 and 6. ". 3. In § 8 par. 3, after the words "single test" the word "graduation". 4. In § 13 paragraph 2 reads: "(2) The Commissioner converts the recording sheets written papers into electronic form and through the information system of the Centre sends them to the Center. The school director and evaluator confirms their transmission record of transmission. ". 5. In § 13 para. 5, the words "and marked copies of written works" are deleted. 6. In § 13 para. 5, the words "45 years" is replaced by "five years". 7. In § 22 paragraph. 4 at the end of the third sentence the words "and notify the public disciple." 8. In § 24 para. 5, the second sentence is replaced by the sentences "Assessment of the written exam and a practical exam notify the student graduation committee chairman trial without undue delay after the evaluation test. In § 26a paragraph. 2, the words "45 years" shall be deleted. 10. In § 26a at the end of the text of paragraph 2 is replaced by a colon and subparagraphs a) and b), as follows: "a) 5 years for the protocol in accordance with § 27 and 30 and the record pursuant to § 32, b) 45 years for Protocol according to § 28, 29, 29a and 31 ". 11. In § 27 para. 4 point. a) § 29 para. 4 point. a) and § 30 paragraph. 3 point. a) the words "identifier School" is replaced by "legal entity identifier, of a school." 12. In § 29 par. 3, "and the signature of the headmaster" are deleted. 13. In § 29 para. 4 point. b) at the end of the text of point 3, the words "related to the results of the tests in due course graduation exam". 14. In § 35 at the end of the text of paragraph 6 of the sentence "Both functions are also compatible with that of graduation works and the opponent's final works.". 15. In § 42 para. 2 at the end of the text of subparagraph b) the words "; certificate of competence to perform the function of contracting exams organized students recognized by adjusting the conditions for holding the graduation exam must include an amendment that authority certifying his competence to perform the examinations held sponsor students with relevant recognized by adjusting the conditions for holding the graduation exam. " 16. In § 42 para. 3 at the end of the text of subparagraph b) the words "; certificate of competence to perform the assessor exams organized students recognized by adjusting the conditions for holding the graduation exam must include an amendment that assessor certifying their competence to perform the assessor exams organized students with relevant recognized by adjusting the conditions for holding the graduation exam. " 17. In § 49 para. 8, the words "paragraph 1" are deleted. 18. In § 51 paragraph. 2, the words "point. e) "is replaced by" point. h) ". 19.
