ACT of 19 December 2001 amending Act no. 306/1999 Coll., On providing subsidies to private schools, pre-school and school facilities, as amended by Act no. 132/2000 Coll. and Act no. 255/2001 Coll. Parliament has passed this Act of the Czech Republic: Article I Act no. 306/1999 Coll., On providing subsidies to private schools, pre-school and school facilities, as amended by Act no. 132/2000 Coll. and Act no. 255/2001 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In § 4 para. 5 letter d) reads: "d) special facilities and children's homes: 80%." 2. In § 5 para. 1, letter d) reads: "d) special facilities and children's homes: 100%".
