162/2010 Coll. DECREE of 17 May 2010 amending Decree no. 505/2006 Coll., Which implements certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to § 119 para. 2 of Law no. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended by Act no. 261/2007 Coll. and Act no. 206/2009 Coll .: Article. I Decree no. 505/2006 Coll., Which implements certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree no. 166/2007 Coll., Decree no. 340/2007 Coll. and Decree no. 239/2009 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In Annex no. 1 of Part I point. b) at the end of paragraph 6 of the semicolon replaced with a comma and the following point 7 is added: "7. determination meal plan with daily administration of a special diet composition, quantity or frequency, or therapeutic nutritional supplements. "; 2. In Annex no. 1 of Part I point. b) the final part, the words "in the act" is replaced by "activities referred to in paragraphs 1-6." 3. In Annex no. 1 of Part I point. q) at the end of the text paragraph 5, the words ", measuring glucose and ketone bodies in urine." 4. In Annex no. 1 of Part I point. r) Section 4 reads: "4. injections, blood glucose measurement, determining the actual dose of insulin. " 5. In Annex no. 1, part II point. e) at the end of Section 3 of the semicolon replaced with a comma and the following paragraph 4 is added: "4. Adaptation day and night functionality needs treatment and care. "; 6. In Annex no. 1, part II point. e) the final part, the words "in individuals under 3 years of age are not taken into account the need for assistance and supervision in the act," shall be deleted. Art.
