DECREE of 17 September 2014 amending Decree no. 415/2006 Coll., Laying down technical conditions and procedures for acquiring and processing of biometric data contained in the data carrier passport, as amended, the Ministry of the Interior pursuant to § 61a paragraph. 3 of Act no. 325/1999 Coll., on asylum, as amended by Act no. 136/2006 Coll., and after consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under § 182 paragraph. 1 point. d) of the Act no. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain laws as amended by Act no. 136/2006 Coll. and Act no. 379/2007 Coll., and pursuant to § 20 para. 9 of Act no. 329/1999 Coll., on Travel Documents, as amended by Act no. 136/2006 Coll. and Act no. 379/2007 Coll .: Article. I Decree no. 415/2006 Coll., Laying down technical conditions and procedures for acquiring and processing of biometric data contained in the data carrier passport, as amended by Decree no. 75/2009 Coll. and Decree no. 83/2011 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In § 3a par. 1, the third sentence following the sentence "In the event that none of the fingerprints of the right hand does not reach the required quality is selected fingerprint that has best scoring set for the fingerprint of a lower quality. ". 2. Footnote no. 8 reads: "8) Article. 2 point. c) and Art. 5, paragraph. 2 Council Regulation (EC) no. 2252/2004, as amended by European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no. 444/2009. ". 3. In § 3a par. 1, the word "fourth" is replaced by "fifth". 4. In § 3a par. 2 and 3, the words "required quality" are deleted. 5. § 3a at the end of the text of paragraph 4, the words "including information on the quality of the fingerprint." Art.
