210/2008 Coll. GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 28 May 2008 on the implementation of specific measures to combat terrorism Change: 88/2009 Coll. Government directs pursuant to § 4 para. 1 and 3 of Law no. 69/2006 Coll., On International Sanctions § 1 This regulation implements Council Common Position 2001/931 / CFSP of 27 December 2001 on the application of specific measures to combat Terrorism, as amended ^ 1), in order to maintain or restore international peace and security, the protection of fundamental human rights and the fight against terrorism. § 2 It shall be prohibited to provide goods, services or activities specified in § 5 para. 1 point. b), d), e) and § 5 para. 2 of Law no. 69/2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions, natural persons listed in Part I of Annex hereto and members or representatives of organized groups listed in Part II hereto. § 3 This regulation comes into force on its publication.
