423/2011 Coll. DECREE of 15 December 2011 on the method of calculating the costs of the professional forest manager, where his activities are covered by the state Department of Agriculture determined in accordance with § 37 para. 8 of the Act no. 289/1995 Coll., On forests and on Amendments to Certain Laws (Forest Act): § 1 method of cost calculation (1) The costs of the professional forest manager is calculated as the sum of costs for calendar days when professional forest manager performed his duties for forest owners. Cost per day of the product of the total area of ​​land designated for forestry owners and all fixed rate per hectare per year. (2) The rate is determined by the average cost of activities and professional forest manager is CZK 1.20 per hectare per year. (3) The cost of the performance of professional forest manager are calculated for the previous calendar quarter. The total quarterly costs are rounded to whole crowns downwards. § 2 Repealing provisions Decree no. 219/1998 Coll., On the method of calculating the costs of the professional forest manager, where his activities are covered by the state, is repealed. § 3 Transitional provisions When calculating the costs for the last quarter of 2011, follows the rules and rates valid until 31 December 2011. § 4 Effect This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
