Ministry of Environment determined according to § 26 par. 1 of Law no. 62/1988 Coll., On geological works, as amended by Act no. 366/2000 Coll., (Hereinafter the "Act") to implement § 7 para. 4 of the Act: PART ONE § 1 Subject This Decree stipulates the scope of recorded data and process evidence of geological works. § 2 Scope of the registered data (1) Evidence of geological works (hereinafter referred to as "records") contains basic information on organizations conducting geological work ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "organization") according to the project of geological work and data on geological tasks. ^ 2) ( 2) The record contains the following information: a) business name or name and registered office for legal entities; company name or first and last name and place of business for natural persons, b) identification number, if the organization assigned, c) the name of the geological task, d) identification of the type and stage of geological work, 3) e) goal of geological works, f) main kind of design work, g) the name and code of the cadastral territory in which, or in which part of the geologic task addressed; does not apply to tasks solved more than five cadastral areas, h) the name of the county on whose territory the geological task is solved, i) the start date and the planned completion of geological work, j) the aggregate projected cost of the work is rounded to thousands CZK for work paid in full from the state budget; among other geological work financial margin, which covers the budget of the geological task, and at intervals up to 10 000 CZK, from CZK 10 000 to CZK 100 000, from CZK 100 000 to CZK 1 000 000, from CZK 1 000 000 in 5000 000 CZK and over CZK 5 000 000 k) resolution funding sources geological task on the state budget and other sources. § 3 To record keeping (1) The records conducted by the Czech Geological Survey. ^ 4) (2) Documents for registration (hereinafter referred to as "background") handles the organization under the project of geological work on the form registration form set out in the Annex hereto. (3) For geological work of geological survey not conducted entrepreneurial or not financed from the state budget, and geological works, which are part of the curriculum in secondary schools, colleges and universities, state organizations in the registration list once the information referred to in § 2 paragraph. 2 point. a). (4) The evidentiary sheet organization accompanied by the definition of the study area on the map section of a suitable scale, but not greater than 1: 10 000. (5) The registration form signed by the responsible manager of geological works ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "responsible manager"). If the geological task need not be addressed through responsible researcher ^ 5) signs the registration list is the responsible manager, from whose competence derives organization authorized to design, implement and evaluate geological work. (6) The documents delivered to the organization, in duplicate, Czech Geological Survey, within thirty days prior to the commencement of geological works by mail, electronically or directly authorized employee at the headquarters of the Czech Geological Survey. (7) If the data in the cast substrates are not complete, requests the Czech Geological Survey supplement them. By the time the supplement will not be registered geological work. (8) Czech Geological Survey registers geological work on the day of submission of complete documentation and issues about the organization within fourteen days of confirmation. § 4 Change of registration (1) If there is a change of registered geological task, delivers organizations the necessary documents to change the registered data within thirty days after the change of the Czech Geological Survey, in the case of a) significantly expands or relocates territory geological task b) changes aim geological task, or the type and stage of geological work, c) geological work does not end within one year after the scheduled date of termination specified in the registration certificate, d) the geological task is canceled, e) changes the data referred to in § 2 paragraph. 2 point. a). (2) Czech Geological Survey reported marked changes in the records and issues a confirmation of the organization. (3) If the registered geological work takes place, the organization announces this fact to the Czech Geological Service within thirty days from the decision on the non-operation. § 5 Disclosure of Information Czech Geological Survey accesses the Internet through annual aggregated data on registered geological works. § 6 Transitional provisions Geological work by Geofond Czech Republic registered before the onset of effect of this Decree, shall be deemed to continue for the registration.
