（2010年11月30日国土资源部令第51号公布  自公布之日起施行）

    为了维护社会主义法制统一，进一步完善国土资源法律体系，决定废止《国家基础地理信息数据使用许可管理规定》（国家测绘局令第5号）。

    本决定自发布之日起施行。
