The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Manpower dated the 16th day of February, 1982, pursuant to Section 27 of Chapter 9 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1976, An Act to Revise Chapter 107 of the Revised Statutes, 1967, the Fire Prevention Act, is pleased to determine and hereby determines that one and one-quarter per cent (1 1/4%) is the sum to be paid in respect of Section 27, effective the 1st day of January, 1983.
