Mercury Diversion Standard Order

made under clause 8A(1)(c) and Sections 25 and 66 of the

Environment Act

S.N.S. 1994-95, c. 1

N.S. Reg. 195/2014 (December 11, 2014, effective January 1, 2015)

I, Randy Delorey, Minister of Environment for the Province of Nova Scotia, pursuant to clause 8A(1)(c) and Sections 25 and 66 of Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, hereby establish standards that apply to mercury diversion under the Air Quality Regulations by adopting the following standard to be published by the Department of Environment on January 1, 2015:

       Mercury Diversion Standard

The standard is available to the public at at the Department of Environment, 1903 Barrington Street, Suite 2085, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

This order is effective on and after January 1, 2015.
